Not all coats are the same, so we use the best shampoos and conditioners for your individual pet. Our Hydro Surge® mixes the shampoo with water and powers it through the undercoat. Of course a hand massage follows so that mats start loosening up. Then a 2nd wash and check of the anal glands is followed by another rinse before we massage the conditioner in and do a last rinse. Your pet will be in exstacy when our K9® high velocity dryer blows off any loose coat and leaves it behind in the tub.
We continue with a towel massage and a hand dryer touch up. Nail trimming, a tooth check, ear cleaning, brushing and combing are the finishing touches.

Then it’s down off the table and out to the Play Room until you come back. We don’t use cages so it takes us a little more time, but we believe this will be your pet’s most enjoyable day of the month.

All pets must be free of fleas. If fleas are found on your pet, they will require a flea treatment at an additional charge.

Our groomers will examine your dog with you when you arrive. We will address any special needs and answer all your questions, so that you’ll know what to expect before we begin – no bad surprises.
