Thank you again for taking such very good care of Casper. He is so calm and has learned some manners. It appears being around you and his little friends he has learned to be less demanding. I will let you know when his next visit will be once I get to work and find out the schedule. We have total trust in you and John for taking care of Casper, something that does not often happen. Sincerely,
Our boys love the Pooch Palace! We have two miniature Schnauzers who feel right at home at the Pooch Palace. Nanny Nancy pampers our puppies while they are visiting. Our boys get a chance to socialize with other dogs in a home-like environment. When we announce that they are going to Nanny Nancy’s, they get excited doing their “happy feet” dance. When they come home from the Pooch Palace it is typically a pretty quiet night as they are worn out from all of the play and attention. When we go on trips and we have to leave our boys, we know that they are not just put in a kennel and locked up like many other places. They are getting attention and quality playtime while staying at the Pooch Palace. Our boys are part of our family and we trust no one else with their care. We whole heartily recommend the Pooch Palace and Nanny Nancy to anyone considering either day care or boarding their canine companions.
Thank you for the wonderful care you always give Alexander, my Yorkie/Chihuahua. He has been coming to Pooch Palace for 2 1/2 yrs., ever since he was a pup, and he loves it! It is the only place he feels safe getting groomed! He gets excited as soon as we head down the road to you, and can’t wait to dash inside, and see all his friends, both human and doggie! He feels safe with all of you, Nancy, Lindsey, and John! And so do I, because i know you will give him kind and patient care, always. Lindsey does an amazing job of trimming his often tangled coat, and he adores her. Which is saying a lot, because Alexander can be touchy about his “personal space.” You offer a wonderful refuge for dogs, and a wonderful relief for their owners! It is the most fun and caring place imaginable! So thank you all for the great service you offer! It is always “a treat” to come and see you all! Gratefully, Patricia (Friedson, in Bellingham,) and Alexander, (aka Dr. Sunshine, Kissums, “The Rocket,” Nander, and Boo-boo. He is a dog with many names.).
Baily and Lorraine Hoving
Bailey my live wire Jack Russell terrier has been warmly and well taken care of by John and Nancy Ellis for almost five years. Bailey can hardly wait to see John and Nancy each day. He nearly goes out of his skin with the mere mention of their names. I am almost jealous at times with his affection for them. When I go to pick Bailey up at the end of a long day he is almost reluctant to go home with me. BUT having the assurance that my baby is well taken care of and even spoiled means the world to me! Bailey is pure joy to me, all us dog lovers know what a dog means to our sanity. In my absence, I want the best possible loving care for my Bailey and that without a doubt has been found in John and Nancy Ellis of Pooch Palace.
Nancy Ellis is the best and I mean the BEST pet sitter you could find to take care of your special loved one/s. My pets Hannah, Zelda & BoBo love her. The pets seem to know Nancy really does care about them and feel safe with her when owners are away.
My Jack Russell female, Beebe, has been going to Pooch Palace since before they moved to the new location. Beebe is an “only pet” so she looks forward to her playdates twice a week. I tell her the night before that she will be going to see her friends when I go to work the next day and her mood brightens, she is more cooperative, obedient, and playful. I tell her she will see Nancy, John, Rambo, Trinket, Bailey, and maybe even Tommy (*her best Jack Russell girlfriend) and her tail wags and she runs to the door to the garage to go! She comes back from the palace happily tired, which I love because Jack Russells almost never get tired! I am very greatful that Nancy and John are such loving caregivers. Beebe also stays with them when I go on trips from just overnight to two weeks in duration. She is happy to go to their place, and happy to see me when I come back. I highly recommend placing your pet with them.
A note of appreciation to Nancy and John Ellis the owners of Pooch Palace. Tomi, our very energetic Jack Russell cannot express to you how much her owners appreciate the care she receives at the Palace. Tomi has come to know the “other dogs” at the Palace as “the guys” Her ears perk up and she is ready to go when we mention Nancy or the guys. It is wonderful to leave on a vacation or just for the day and know she is not in a kennel and at night has a warm bed to climb into. It makes the leaving so much easier.Thank you Nancy and John.
Dear Pooch Palace,
We just wanted to express our gratitude that we have finally found the perfect place for Juni and Darby to play while we are out of town. Both of you have been so understanding regarding out little guys’ “quirky” personalities, which really puts our minds at ease when we can’t be with them. It is such a comfort knowing that our babies are playing their hearts out and being spoiled rotten as well.Thank you so much!!
